• Step 1: Bring your identity information (ID card/Voter card/Passport) and money to your nearest Mosan’s agent. Ask for money transfer services.
• Step 2: Fill in the form. Show your identity information to agent staff and hand in the money. Note: You have to pay a small fee for sending money. For details, click “Fee”.
• Step 3: Agent staff will process your request instantly. Once transaction has been successfully completed, you will receive a confirmation SMS (with a secret code) sent to your phone number. You also get a receipt (in paper) from the agent staff.
• Step 4: You give the secret code to the receiver so that he/she can use when receiving the money. Bear in mind to inform the receiver to bring his/her identity information and the secret code to his/her nearest Mosan agent to receive the money.

• For senders who use Telemor mobile number: Money transfer fee is $1.5 (paid by sender only). The fee of $2.0 is applied for sender sending for than $200.
• For other senders: Money transfer fee is $2.5 (paid by sender only). The fee of $3.0 is applied for sender sending for than $200.

• Step 1: Bring your identity information (ID card/Voter card or Passport) to nearest Telemor’s agent and ask for service registration form.
• Step 2: Fill in the form and show your identity information to agent staff.
• Step 3: The agent staff would process your form right away and you will receive a confirmation SMS for successful registration.
• Step 4: Activate your account by dialing *111# → Choose 5. Activate and follow the process. The system will then send a confirmation SMS to your mobile number once your account has been activated successfully.

Now, your Mosan account is active. You can start “Cash-in” money to your account and enjoy the conveniece of Mosan service. Click on “Store money in your account for transfer or payment” to know how to put money in your Mosan.

After activate your Mosan account, you should add money to your account. You can access your money and make transaction like sending, receiving money, buying pulsa using Mosan account by dialing *111#. Here are how you can add money to your Mosan account:

• Step 1: Bring your identity information (Voter card, ID card or passport) and money to nearest Mosan’s agent. Ask the agent for “Cash-in”.
• Step 2: Fill in the form, hand in the money and show your Identity information to agent staff. No fee applied for cash-in.
• Step 3: Agent staff will process your form right away and you will receive the transaction receipt and one SMS of confirmation.

Now, the money has already been added to your Mosan account. You can use this money to buy pulsa or send to other people who have Mosan account.

To be able to transfer money using Mosan account, you have to have money on your Mosan account. If you have not yet added money to your account (cash-in), please see guidelines at “Store money in your account for transfer or payment”.

It’s simple to send money using Mosan account on your phone:

• Step 2: Choose 1. Transfer
• Step 3: Choose 1. To Mosan customer
• Step 4: Enter phone number of receiver:
• Step 5: Enter amount of money ($)
• Step 6: Enter content of transfer
• Step 7: Enter your PIN:
• Step 8: Choose 1. Confirm

You will receive a confirmation SMS once transaction is successful. Now, the money has been transferred from your Mosan account to the receiver’s account. The receiver can keep that amount of money to use in the future or go to his/her nearest Mosan’s agent to withdraw the cash.

Note: a small fee applied when you transfer money from your Mosan account to other’s. For details, check: “Pricing policy”. If you want to transfer money to one who doesn’t have a Mosan account, please go directly to the nearest Mosan agent.

To be able to buy pulsa using Mosan account, you have to have money on your Mosan account. If you have not yet added money to your account (Cash-in), please see guidelines at “Store money in your account for transfer or payment”.

You can buy pulsa via Mosan account anytime, anywhere using these simple steps:

• Step 1: Call *111#
• Step 2: Choose 3. payment
• Step 3: Choose 1. Top-up
• Step 4: Enter phone number to top-up
• Step 5: Enter amount of money ($)
• Step 6: Enter your PIN
• Step 7: Choose 1. Confirm

You will receive a confirmation SMS once transaction is successful. You can only buy pulsa for Telemor number.

Note: You get 6% discount for everytime buying pulsa using your Mosan account.

If you want to withdraw the money on your Mosan account, here are the steps for you to follow:

• Step 1: Dial to *111# and choose Withdraw. Enter the amount of money you want to withdraw, your PIN and choose Confirm. The system will send to your phone number a SMS containing a secret code.
• Step 2: Bring your identity information (ID card/Voter card or Passport) and the secrete code to your nearest Mosan’s agent. Ask for money withdrawal.
• Step 3: Fill in the form and show the agent your identity information.
• Step 4: The agent staff will process your form right away and give you the money you wanted to withdraw. You also receive the receipt (in paper) and one confirmation SMS sent to your phone number.

Note: a small fee applied when you withdraw money from your Mosan account. For details, check: “Pricing policy”.

To change your PIN (password), please follow these steps:

• Step 1: Call *111#
• Step 2: Choose 4. My account
• Step 3: Choose 3. Change PIN/Reset PIN
• Step 4: Choose 1. Change PIN:
• Step 5: Enter your old PIN:
• Step 6: Enter your new PIN:
• Step 7: Confirm your new PIN

If you forgot your PIN (password), please bring your identity information (ID card/voter card/passport) to the nearest agent to ask for a PIN reset. After that, you can setup a new PIN yourself by dialing *111#, choose 4. Account, choose 3. Reset PIN, enter the new PIN and choose Confirm. Upon successfully changed your password, the system will send a confirmation SMS to your phone number.

• Fee for withdrawing money from Mosan account: $0.5 (The fee of $1 is applied for customer withdrawing more than $200)
• Money transfer fee between Mosan account: $0.2 (The fee of $0.5 is applied for customer transfering more than $200)
• Account setup, buying pulsa and cash-in (put money in your Mosan account) are FREE.
